The house is immaculate, very tasteful and well appointed. Really cool vibe. While it is fairly close to everything including a Starbucks and Whole Foods, the neighborhood is a little undeveloped but the house is an oasis. It's about a 10 minute drive to Ocean Blvd, the beach and Atlantic Ave. and easy highway access. The host is wonderful, extremely responsive and easy to communicate with.
