Close to Clubhouse and Hangar 19 bar, and 3 miles away is La Quinta, highway 111, and some of the desert's best shopping and dining around. Near Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, hiking areas...and Coachella and Stagecoach are within walking distance. This is truly a desert gem.

You are going to enter through the gate on Monroe, we will give you access before you check in.

$30 Charge for lost garage door clicker

No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, etc.). A $1000 odor fee will be charged if smoke scents are detected in the home.

8 guest maximum stay in home any additional unexpected guest will be charged at $50 per night.

No large parties allowed, in the event of a loud party and the city/police are called out, the complete deposit will be forfeited.

Outdoor music and speaking level needs to be kept at a low level after 10pm. We have a decibel monitor to track this. First we will message the group directly to keep it down. Multiple offenses we will call security and you're at risk of being kicked out.

Pet fee: $50 per pet.

Parking on the street not allowed. The HOA will tow cars parked on the street between midnight-6 a.m. Driveway and garage parking are available.

If you are not out of the home by check out time, an additional late fee of $50 will be charged as we have to get Casa Bonita beautiful for the next guests.

During the summer months:

- The Lowest setting for the AC is 76 degrees due to excessive heat. All windows, doors and curtains need to be completely closed during the summer months, otherwise the house will not cool.
