Why Carlos Acosta chose Historic Eastside
I love the city, the location is as good as it gets. I had the opportunity to buy this historic casita and took advantage of it - I'm very proud of it. I'm confident you will love it too.
What makes this House unique
This casita is basically on Canyon Road, just steps away from world class art, fabulous restaurants, the Santa Fe Plaza, the New Mexico State Capitol, museums and much more.

This is our second visit to Santa Fe and were so happy that we could stay in the same casita as we did on our first stay!
Besides the historic architecture of the casita, the location of the little adobe home allows visitors to walk to fabulous galleries...including the owners (our favorite!) as well as quick jaunts to Canyon Road’s cafes, gift shops and to another favorite ... Downtown Subscription Coffee. We appreciated the suggestions on activities including hiking at Tent Rocks...given by the owner. We look forward to returning again to Santa Fe...and hopefully staying at this casita on Canyon Road!
Perfect Casita for a Sante Fe Getaway
Location, location, location! It was perfect for us right on Canyon Ave and walking distance to May food options. The casita was a perfect one bedroom with a lovely well stocked kitchen, and a gorgeous bathroom. When we come back to Santa Fe, we will definitely hope to stay here again!
Great Location, Great Casita
This casita location is really tough to beat, literally steps away from Canyon Road, and a short walk to the Plaza. Basically, right where you want to be when visiting Santa Fe. On top of that, having A/C and a nice courtyard is a bonus.
I highly recommend this casita for 1 to 2 people visiting Santa Fe that want a convenient, walkable location and a nice place to come back to when you’re not out exploring.
Carlos, the owner, made the check in and check out seamless, and the property is very well cared for and clean.
Again, I highly recommend this casita, and look forward to staying there again on return visits!
Perfect location, wonderful casita for one or two people
This is a cozy historic casita just a 30 second walk to galleries and shops—or a ten minute walk through a lovely residential area to a local bookstore coffee shop. In addition, it’s an easy 25 minute walk to the downtown plaza and all that is there. Carlos, the owner, hits the perfect tone as host by being instantly available when needed but otherwise unobtrusive. A little gem that’s a great value. Recommended!
Thank you for the lovely review! Please come back and see us again soon.
Walking distance to multiple restaurants, the plaza, Canyon Road, and many attractions. Easy to check in and comfortable accommodations!
Beautiful property, very clean and new everything. WONDERFUL location...easy to walk to so many places. Really suited our needs.
Steps away from world class galleries, 1 block from state capitol and a few blocks from the historic Santa Fe plaza
If you're in need of a second casita, I have another property in the same compound listing #1047970
