Modern, well-designed house in the Arcadia area of Phoenix. Close to everything (5 min to Old Town Scottsdale, 5min to Mill Ave in Tempe, 10min to downtown PHX). 2 queen beds, one pull out sofa bed with memory foam, 2 bath, great backyard with pool.

Guests will have access to the whole house, including great backyard with large sectional, fire pit, lounge chairs, pool, gas barbecue, and outdoor speakers.

I am in the vicinity if needed, but require no interaction with guests if that is desired.

The Arcadia area of Phoenix is one of the fastest growing areas of the Valley. Close to everything (5 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, 10 minutes to downtown Phoenix, 5 minutes to Mill Avenue in Tempe). There are great restaurants and bars along the Camelback Corridor, as wells as some of the best hiking in the Valley at Camelback Mountain and Papago Park (both 5 minutes away).

Girls' Weekend

We've been coming to Scottsdale for an annual girls' trip for years. We saw this home and decided to stay a little further out from Old Town. It was our best experience yet. The home is beautiful, super clean and well equipped. The outdoor space is equally spectacular. We easily took an Uber into Scottsdale but would have been content to hang at the house the whole time. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Papago

Wonderful place. Pool was heated. Location was near Old Town Scottsdale in a nice quiet neighborhood. Place was supplied with all the little extras that made the stay EXCEPTIONAL:)!

Excellent property

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was absolutely perfect. Only complaint would be that even though pool was heated, it was still quite cold. We had other pool options so didn’t end up using it. Other than that we loved the property.

Enjoyed Papago Retreat

This property was very clean upon our arrival, and smelled fresh. We enjoyed the special touches, like the heated, self flushing toilet, non fogging bathroom mirror, lights, fireplace, outdoor fireplace, water feature. We did have an issue with the shower drain being very slow, and contacted Page, who was very responsive to our needs, and sent a plumber out right away. We were able to use it again, but then both bathroom shower drains became very slow, but since we were checking out the next day, we let Page know to send the plumber back before the next group checked in, which I feel she would have done, as she was very responsive. The property was located near the places we needed to travel to. The house was very well stocked with all of the dishes, pans, etc. you would need for cooking there. We didn't have occasion to cook on our vacation, but could have. The kitchen is very modern and has a hot water pot filler, and a bottle/cup cleaner. There is plenty of storage to stow away any kitchen groceries or items you might want to place in a cupboard. The floors are painted concrete, which seemed slightly odd at first, but also, being that they accept pets, it also likely made the house more hypoallergenic. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with towels. We enjoyed our stay at Papago Retreat.
