Thank you for considering our property for your stay. Please note that our reservation policy requires a minimum stay of 3 nights and a maximum stay of 7 nights. We hope this information helps in planning your visit.

We are timeshare owners and property owners at multiple resorts like this one. To compete with the rising cost of short-term rentals, we use our owner referral program to offer the cheapest rates possible to you, our guest.

Therefore in order to secure this fantastic deal with us, it is necessary to participate in a 120-minute courtesy breakfast or lunch snacks and a brief preview tour of our luxurious resort. Please note that participation is limited to couples aged 28 years or older (30 years for singles). However, there is no obligation to make any purchases during the tour.

Upon check-in, resort taxes of $7-$28 per night will be applicable, along with a $50 security deposit. The security deposit will be fully refunded during check-out.

To check in, you must have a real ID and Major Credit Card under your name. Both participants must be fluent in English or Spanish to participate in the resort's presentations.

Pets and Fees
-Service Dogs are welcomed for free with proper documentation. (Emotional support pets do not count)
-A mandatory, non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 will be charged upon check-in for dogs reported to Front Desk. The original security deposit goes up to a $100 but is refunded upon check-out. If the guest does not advise the Front Desk that they have a pet and the pet is found in the room, they will be charged $150, in addition to the $150 deposit.
-Up to two small dogs per unit. A dog must not exceed 60 pounds, or in the case of 2 dogs, they must not exceed 60 pounds combined. Height and length restrictions apply: dogs can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.
