The Clinton Premier is a newly renovated 3 family townhouse located in Clinton Hill. The Emerald Flat is a one bedroom apartment within the home. The flats sleep 2people. The property has a king size bed. The flat is a walk up located on the 2nd floor, it boasts 10’ ceilings and sophisticated décor. Kitchen is fully equipped and elegantly appointed with granite counter tops, microwave and dishwasher. The unit has individually controlled heating/air conditioning. Hardwood floors are throughout, except the bathroom, it is tiled. Cable TV and Internet/WiFi. Additional units within the home are available. Check in and check out times are flexible, if there are NO back to back bookings. Only long term rentals welcome, 30 day minimum. Kindly see my other listing, located in the same private house, "The Clinton Premier Suite 2 #3752754.” It is basically the same as this unit. The property is located 5 minutes from the subway/train/tube and a 12 minute ride to downtown Manhattan. There you will find The Statue of Liberty, Ground Zero and Wall Street. The subway provides access to all parts of the city.

The house is always cleaned and “disinfected” between all guest.

A great base for the New York experience.

We found the apartment comfortable convenient to access the subway to get into Manhatten. The apartment was clean and had everything necessary for a super holiday. The linen was soft and smelt amazing.

Great month stay!

Great location - just a block from the c line and the Lincoln market. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants etc. Owner was prompt answering queries. Comfortable and clean! Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment at the edge of Clinton Hill

The apartment is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The bedroom is great- spacious and comfortable and the kitchen-living room area are very nice. The bathroom needs getting used to, because of the very large old style bathtub, but towels and linens were amply provided and Frances is very responsive and kind. We stayed for 3 weeks, having had to cut our stay short for personal reasons, and the place felt like home. The proximity of the Franklin subway station (A and C) made it very easy to get to Manhattan, and I highly recommend Franklin Market, which has everything.

Lovely space, great location!

I really enjoyed my two month stay! Citibikes right on the street, close to beautiful prospect park, a great grocery store nearby that has LOTS more than a bodega, and the C train gets you into Manhattan in a jiffy. The host was respectful of my space and responded quickly. The bed is quite firm, but otherwise this apartment was a huge reason why I had such a wonderful trip!

Elegant flat, helpful host

The apartment is tastefully decorated and perfect for a fun Brooklyn visit. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Frances was a very helpful and responsive host. We'll definitely be back!

The listing is 2 separate apartments in a private house. The property is NYC townhouse. The apartments are on the upper levels of the house, 2nd and 3rd floors. The house is very private. My husband and I live on the lower level of the house. This property is only rented on short term basis, no one lives here permanently, therefore, consider it your home away from home.
