Unit is a short distance from the main Boardwalk which if filled with amazing restaurants and shops and of course THE BEACH. Near the HardRock Casino among other nearby cities such as Delray Beach, Boca Raton, West palm Beach and more!

Unit is recently redone and refurnished so everything is brand new, clean and fresh. All professionally cleaned in between guests.

This space is designed for vacation / business travelers who are searching for a home away from home with added amenities comparative to a hotel. This 1 bedroom is located on the first floor of an 8-plex.

Additionally, you will find all the necessary conveniences of home provided here, including but not limited to stand up shower, KING SIZE beds, a full living area, dish ware, flatware and central air conditioning.

Everything is new and professionally cleaned in between guests left ready for you to make this your home away from home!

Please remember this is FLORIDA. Humidity and hot weather is not unusual. We ask our guests to not lower the AC more than 70 degrees as it can cause the AC to freeze and stop working. Only creating an uncomfortable stay.

also, please remember this is Florida and with with Florida’s beautiful weather, it is not unusual for a small insect to sneak into the home. This home is professionally cleaned between each and every guest and professionally sprayed once a month. If you ever do encounter a situation of this kind please bring it to our attention immediately and we will have it resolved. To avoid this please keep all windows and doors shut as needed and all trash and food away and stored properly.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

My reservation was canceled without any notice to me. I found out upon my arrival after many failed attempts to communicate with the owner. This property is located in an area with bars on the windows and a very depressed neighborhood. I did not feel safe upon arrival. I had a confirmed reservation and emails from the week before. Do not wate your time and money.
