A little disappointed!

Arrived late the day of check in because we had a late flight. Keypad wasn’t working. After finally getting a hold of someone and after a hour making 11:40 pm we were told we had to get a hotel room for the night cause they needed a lock smith and wouldn’t be able to get one til morning. It sucked cause it was late and we were in unfamiliar area and had to try and find a room for the night. It was inconvenient but we were told they would reimburse us for the hotel. Great and all but now we have been home for over two and half weeks and still have not received and money back for the night at the hotel! No reimbursement for that night at the condo! Condo was ok, a little run down , pictures appear to make it way better than it was. Community was great! Loved the pool and the area!

Front Door was stuck and he said would take care of it and never did. Had to open with shoulder bump each time. Very neglected property
