One of the bedrooms has a half bathroom and is located at the corner next to the master bedroom. It can be accessed either from the master bedroom or from the yard.

We are available by Text/Call or the app at all times for any questions you may have.

Great Stagecoach/Cochella spot

This house is a great place for Cochella and stagecoach. The house is only a 5-10 min walk to the Palm Springs Convention Center, where the shuttle stop is. The house is a bit aged and the master has an attachmed bedroom to it but the beds are comfortable and a nice backyard with a pool owner is very responsive and helpful

Great Location

The property has seen better days. That being said...Great for a large group with plenty of shady outdoor space. Ping Pong was fun. Kitchen very small for cooking with more than two people. Living room/Dining room very dark. We had a few issues through the stay but the property manager was very responsive so that was great.

Pleasant Escape near downtown PS

The house is well equipped and very comfortable. all the beds were comfortable and linens were nice. Generally in a quiet neigborhood and easy access. Nothing in walking distance, but that wasn't expected. One of the rooms is oddly setup and requires walking through another to get to the main living area. Game room was a nice touch. Would be nice to include paper products like Tissue which wasn't present. But everything else was just as stated and we would probably return again.

Great location and comfy beds

A group of six women stayed for a friend's 60th birthday. The house had a wonderful backyard and game room with a ping pong table that we used a great deal. The beds were comfy and plenty of space for group of 6. The kitchen was a tad small if you are expecting to cook a gourmet meal but perfect for one person to cook for a group. Overall it was a great location too- near everything you would want in a Palm Springs spot. We didn't use the pool- too windy and cool but it was clean and ready to go if we had I would recommend this house for a group of adults looking for a chill out weekend.
