Spring Break Family Vacation

The house and overall property were immaculate upon arrival. Kristen was an outstanding host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. She left us some drinks and snacks which was perfect because we arrived late in the evening and weren't getting groceries until the next morning. Our family absolutely loved it, especially the heated pool, and we would stay there again.

Long Weekend Visit

We stayed for a long weekend visit in this nicely renovated home. The back yard and outdoor furniture were great for enjoying the wonderfully warm weather. We weren't able to enjoy the pool, it was just too cold for the time of year, and we weren't at the house enough for it to make sense for us to have the pool heated. The master bedroom was very comfortable, and Kristen left us some snacks to enjoy. Kristen was quick to respond to any questions we had and made check in very simple with the information she provided before we arrived. The only thing I would note, there was no grass in the backyard as the pictures showed, it was replaced by pea gravel. It didn't bother us at all, but if you were expecting it, I just wanted to mention it. Also, you need to have your own streaming service available to watch television. We were surprised by that but we didn't know if that was normal for VRBO rentals. I would highly recommend renting from Kristen, she was very nice to work with and made our stay very accommodating.

Great location for State Farm Stadium

We were in town for Supercross in Glendale. It was easy to get the stadium. We took a day and went hiking at Thunderbird. Lots of great restaurants in the area, but you can also eat in. Even though the temps were chilly, my boys still managed to jump in the pool almost every day. Many of the neighbors park on the street, but you'll have at least two spots in the driveway! If we need to be back in the area, I'll definitely look into staying here again.
