The space
Tired of visiting the parks every day? Step inside of this beautiful 2,270 sqft house and discover a private BBQ, pool and game room specially designed to entertain your family and keep the fun going. Enjoy the resort's clubhouse with a restaurant, pool with water slide, spa, lazy river, gym, playground and a tennis court. Experience the vacation of a lifetime!
The house, you will have available for you a private pool (heater available for an additional $49.90 per night- has to be for the entire stay), and a private game room, with 9 arcades, a foosball table, and TV. The game room has a Futon couch, and the living room has 2 couches that expands into a larger sleeping area. All bedrooms have Smart TVs and are decorated with different themes.
The kitchen, living room, and dining room are set up on an open-concept layout, facing the pool and backyard, so you can enjoy even more your moments with family and friends.

For your convenience, there is a bedroom on the first floor, with a full bathroom right next to it. The other bedrooms and the game room are located on the second floor.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. They will also have access to the Resort's Clubhouse and amenities there.
Other things to note
• Four designated free parking spots in front of the house. Additional free parking spots are available at the visitor’s area. Limit of 5 vehicles per house.

• We offer complimentary WiFi

• Kids amenities free of charge: high chair, kids table (2 chairs), crib, and baby tub.

• Free washer and dryer available at the house.

• We offer pool heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

We offer a gas grill, with gas already connected to it. There will be a $50 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. Guests that request this service understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night.
