Welcome to our warm and charming minimalistic 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath desert home, perfect for a relaxing getaway. As you step into the house, you are greeted by an inviting open-concept living area adorned with earthy tones and natural materials, creating a cozy and tranquil atmosphere. The living room features comfortable seating and large windows that allow natural light to fill the space, providing a seamless connection to the outdoor oasis.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space, making it ideal for preparing home-cooked meals. The adjacent dining area offers seating for six, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends.

The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat, complete with a plush bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and french glass door that leads outside. The two additional bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for guests. A shared full bathroom is conveniently located near the bedrooms.

Stepping outside, you'll find a private pool and jacuzzi surrounded by a spacious patio area, equipped with lounge chairs and a dining set, creating an ideal spot for outdoor relaxation and entertaining. Home is located in gated community Indian Palms Country Club. Close to many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, and more! The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks. It also has Tennis Courts, Pickle-ball Courts and a Gym available for use. Please reach out 24 hours prior to access these amenities.

Indio offers a range of transportation options for getting around the city. You can easily navigate Indio by car, with well-maintained roads and ample parking facilities. Additionally, ride-hailing services like Uber and Lyft operate in Indio, providing convenient and on-demand transportation at your fingertips. If you prefer not to drive, you can simply use a smartphone app to request a ride and be picked up at your location.

When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. To exit, you can use closest gate on Jackson, or the front @ Monroe street. Uber and Lyfts are welcomed. Over night street parking is not allowed doing so may lead to a fine or a ticket.

Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am

Trash days are Monday, if you can take the trash out night prior and bring back in after trash is picked up that would be greatly appreciated.

Please inform your host if propane is empty, we can always drop a new tank or refill the orginal

No overnight street parking is allowed. Doing so may lead to a tow or ticket from HOA

Please give us 24 hours notice if you would like access to the Lifestyle center.
