Welcome to our Little Tx home. A brand new build + fully furnished in the heart of Celina TX. Featuring a 2,500 sq ft, 3 beds, 2.5 baths, spacious kitchen and comfy living spaces. This home is full of light and well thought out amenities including plush couches, large TVs, brand new mattresses, washer/ dryer, large back yards, games for the family, and necessities for your tiny little ones. Master suit with attached master bath is conveniently on the ground floor, along with a comfortable living room, dining space and kitchen. Upstairs you will walk into a very large family/ TV room, full bath and other two bedrooms. This home sits on a quiet street, backing up to open farmland and incredible views of the sunsets. Located only a few blocks from the downtown, and 10-15 minute drive to incredible restaurants, shopping and family fun!

Highchair, installed baby gate, pack-n-play with sheets, sound machine, child safe tableware, child size table, family games and more are included in the home.
