A beach house with it all, at a reasonable price!

We really enjoyed this property. Excellent location in Loveladies (bay a few blocks in one direction, the beach a few blocks in the other), which allows for great access to the ocean, bay, local restaurants, and nearby things to do. The house has the main living quarters up top, which provides for a nice bay view and view of the nearby tennis club from the multiple decks (one with a grill). Inside upstairs, there's nice common space, a half-bath, an ample kitchen, cable tv, internet, dining table, etc. The lower level has 4 nicely sized bedrooms, and 2 full baths, which stay cooler and quieter. The kids loved the heated pool, and water slide. Every beach and pool related item is already at the house in the outdoor storage area. The owner is very responsive to any issues. Overall, a top notch experience at a reasonable price!

comfortable and light beach house in Loveladies

A beautiful location in the north of LBI, close to the lighthouse... this light and airy/spacious home is a perfect place to unwind in relaxed beach comfort. Featuring four outdoor decks on different levels, a heated in ground pool with a fence, and spacious parking it is a great place for a family get together. The furnishings are comfortable but not fancy so you won't feel it is a 'show home'. The wear and tear of the beach house gives it a homey lived in feel and allows you to unwind in relaxed comfort. All the amenities you could ask for including a big washer/dryer and well equipped kitchen. 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Located next to the local tennis club and a 5 min walk to the beach across the main road. It is quiet with a bay view. I would not hesitate to recommend this beach house for a very enjoyable stay. Pet friendly upon request and multi-week stays. The owner was helpful and the property lived up to the description.

I've owned the house since my first son was born, and our family has enjoyed coming to LBI ever since. We love the beach, but have no regrets on putting that pool in - the slide is a big hit! My boys are older now - 12, 14 & 16 - active and busy. We want other families to build memories here, too, and help us cover the mortgage through rentals! I am a former tennis player, so the sounds bring me a sense of calm, as do the great bay sunsets.

Why they chose this property

We loved this house because it was spacious, private, a quick walk to the beach, and had room for a future pool. More than anything, it was the bay view that sold us.
