We are a family of 3, My husband and I and our 9 year old son. We have a boat like we like to spend time on in the summer, and we rides our bikes everywhere in town so we don’t have to park or take taxis. We can ride for groceries, to restaurants, the ever we want to go and we get our exercise too. We love to watch the sail boats from the deck while we barbeque. There’s never mosquitoes out so we can eat out there all summer long! This picture is of our son as we ride through the lagoon to exit out to the lake through the lock system. It feels like a party in here as people wait around with tunes playing, and sun shining. Nothing like a summer day!

HI there. We bought this property with the hopes of spending some quality time together as a family. It has exceeded our hopes of a wonderful family resort that we look forward to spending time at every year! We love the boat moorage, we love the event that happen right outside our unit on the public beach. Free entertainment from festivals, to Canada Day celebrations. We spend time with family, and thus have another unit for when they visit. Everyone loves this location because of its proximity to art galleries, clubs, shops, parks. We all get to do what we like, and can walk to each other’s location and meet up.We have always been coming to the Kelowna area, and felt it was time to spend some really long summer holidays here. The condo fits the need for privacy, low maintenance and the comfort of home.
What makes this Condo unique
We walk everywhere! Can't do that in Calgary. We are close to golfing, wineries, movies, shopping, the beach, and lots of good restaurants! Come and share the fun! We play tennis in the morning, hang out by the pool, or go to the beach. Go boating, rent jet skiis, paddle boat through out the lagoon. Theres a new adventure everyday. We have a boat slip for rent right outside the unit, a very unique quality for downtown Kelowna. Great convenience and fun. Boats can also be rented from local companies during your stay too.

Pleasant stay with family
Owner was very accommodating during the booking. Unit was well kept and filled with supplies (washer soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, pots pans utensils, etc..). Great view and nice to have indoor pool near unit and daughter likes to swim. Large deck with BBQ was great. Location is perfect. Only suggestion is to fix the soap dispenser cover on dishwasher. Overall 5 out of 5 rating!!!
she’s thirsty to take your security deposit
This lady charged me two hundreds for not emptying the trash can and various other reasons she made up. She claimed we burned pots and left it in a nasty condition just to have an excuse to steal more money. We already paid cleaning fees which should cover anything not yet cleaned. Don’t book and save yourself a headache afterwords with her.
She aiso charged for extra guest fee and didn’t reverse it when we reduced our number.
And although apartment has a nice view but two of the three rooms were very small and has low quality beds. It was hard to reach her as she first gave wrong building address. Contacting her wasn’t easy as she didn’t communicate by email nor by a homeaway chat, someone else wss communicating with us all the time there. Oh and it would have been nice if she didn’t come wearing a pajama and if she smiled when welcoming us.
Thanks for your review, its unfortunate you had a bad experience in our condo. We have many great reviews of our manager and our unit. This is the first time we have charged for anything to any guest in 5 years. We do not like to charge for anything if we can help it as added costs are never welcome. This unit is also listed vrbo.com/924093 where you will find additional 5 star reviews. We do need to charge for damages, and additional cleaning when we pay 35.00/hour for one cleaner. You left the unit in very poor condition and although you may have felt the included cleaning fee justifies cleaning any and all messes that simply is not true. Our manager clearly lays out what you need to do to the unit before you leave. This ensures no additional costs or time is needed for our cleaners. The extra you were charged covered pots and pans that were burnt and damaged beyond repair and 4 hours of extra cleaning due to its extremely dirty condition, condition of stove and fridge and amount garbage left in each of the rooms. Due to the state of the unit I question how many people were actually staying here..? You brought in 2 cars loads of baggage...? My professional cleaners take pride in there work and would only comment how bad of shape this unit was left in. We would not consider renting to this person or group again.
Over priced for a so called executive style residence.
Misrepresented number of beds in separate rooms. Was told four beds in the three bedrooms, but reality was three bedrooms,three beds and a fourth sofa couch which was nearly unsleepable.
Location was very good but for loud 24 hour sawmill next door which also cast light from yard all night long. Curtains did not block the light,nor were they in good repair.
Otherwise amenities were as indicated, clean, functional and generally acceptable.
Overall disappointing given the price as misrepresentation of available beds.
Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay,
there are 4 beds and the sofa bed. The third bedroom has a trundle bed which pops up and is already made. It must have been tucked away when you arrived. As for the mill, it does run all day and night but having stayed there many times it has not kept me up unless the windows are open. I respect your opinion though.
Great place to stay!
A beautiful condo with an incredible view! It is well kept, spacious and comfortable. We were very impressed with the amenities, location and comfort. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Loved the great views from this unit. It overlooks the bird sanctuary and the lake. You can see everything going on below up here. Makes you feel like you are a part of the beach scene without being there. The pool was fun and there's barbecue areas and two hot tubs. The beach is a short walk away and is very shallow so great for the kids. The beach is also very safe and the cleanest of all the beaches in my opinion. Thanks again.
Stunning views and great location! we had a fabulous drinking wine on thebalcony and people watching
This unit was a great spot for our friends to hang out and go to the wineries, we could come back and relax before going out to great restaurants all within walking distance. Beds were comfy, unit was clean and well equipped with a barbecue and utensils. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the great pool area after dinner.We will be back!
Kelowna is known for its world class golfing, wineries and lakes. The water is warm and the beaches clean, the golfing is everywhere, and the wine is made by local wineries in the valley with many tour companies offering wine tours throught the sping and summer season.
Please note you must bring all personnel items, condiments and toilet paper if staying more then a weekend. We don't allow stags or staggettes at any of our properties. We take no responsibility for natural disasters, act of God, forest fires, and things we have no control over. We take no responsibility for injuries on the common grounds, pool, tennis courts, etc.
We allow a max of 5 unrelated persons, max 8 if you are related. This is a building by-law and fines of 200.00 will be implemented if these rules are not adhered to.
