Casa Bonita features 5 bedrooms 5 and a half bathrooms, a salt-water pool and spa, a heated shower, a fire pit, and a custom one-of-a-kind bar with seating, a heater, and a BBQ!

Located on an oversized lot in the heart of Miracle Mile. This home is just steps away from Museum Row, Equinox, the Grove, hottest restaurants and nightlife, Whole Foods, TJ's, the Farmer's Market, and an array of markets and shops this home offers an abundance of nearby amenities.

‘Casa Bonita’ is truly a one-of-a-kind home. Expect to have the wow factor every time you step inside this home. Leaving this home is optional as it’s fully equipped to provide you with a true resort experience.

Relax after a long day of sightseeing or working in the spacious living area with access to the door to the pool. You can also watch your favorite movie on the 75" Smart TV. The large chef kitchen is also fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to make your favorite meal and a dining table to sit down and enjoy it.

Both the master and 2nd bedrooms have king-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom.
The other 3 bedrooms have queen-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. There are also 2 sofa beds for extra sleeping space.

The guest house has a queen-sized bed and has own bathroom.

This home has it all when it comes to entertaining - it's got it all inside and out! Take a dip in the saltwater pool and spa with all the kid-friendly toys and pool toys. You can also gather around by the fire pit and enjoy the custom one-of-a-kind bar with seating, or get the grill ready for an outdoor BBQ!

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 300 Mbps, 4 Smart TVs, Pack n' play, a high chair, and 6 driveway spaces are all provided during your stay!

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
