This cozy condo is a wonderful choice any time of year! It’s an easy stroll to town, the Dillon Marina, and the Dillon Amphitheater. In the winter, Keystone Resort is just seven miles away, and there’s a free shuttle bus stop to the resort just a 5-minute walk from the condo — and you can access Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain on the shuttle, too. You and your group will love it!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo works perfectly for up to four people. The living area features a wood fireplace, a flat-screen TV, comfy seating, and a desk/work area. Just outside, there’s a patio for relaxing and taking in the mountain views and fresh mountain air. The full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from snacks to full holiday meals. There’s a table for six and room for three at the counter.

Other amenities include a complex clubhouse with shared indoor hot tubs and an indoor pool, and sauna, in-unit washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Excellent Condo, Professional Management!

My friend and I were looking late for a place to stay in the Dillon area for a long weekend ski trip. The condo at Lake Cliffe was absolutely perfect, very well managed, and professionally managed, with plenty of communication both leading up to our visit and handling our questions during. Would definitely return here, great value!
