About Dawn Nelson
Bill and I have been married for 32 years. We started skiing together when we were dating. We have only missed one Christmas skiing, in all of those years. We decided to buy a place 17 years ago because we were spending so much money renting. We found the place of our dreams, and have enjoyed it immensely. We love to ski in winter and golf, play tennis and hike in the summer. *My Mother, Judy, wrote that in 2011. She passed away in 2013 and I (Merideth) currently manage our rental properties. Beaver Creek was much more than just a second home to her and our family and I felt like she captured that with what she wrote. She had a heart for hospitality and I want to continue her legacy by opening up our home to guests from all over the world!
Dawn Nelson purchased this Townhouse in 2011
Why Dawn Nelson chose Beaver Creek
We bought this townhouse because of the location and the snow. We always had difficulty getting to Aspen and Snowmass, and Vail was always too crowded. The snow at Steamboat was always questionable. We love the seclusion, as well. This house is right next door to our original house, and we can sleep a total of 18, and so can you, if necessary, by renting the two.
What makes this Townhouse unique
We ski in for lunch, which saves a lot of money, and is great if you need to layer up or down. The townhouse is on several levels, so there is a lot of privacy and the noise level is very low. We love the view of the mountain, from the deck, and all of the snow!! This unit has an adjoining option to the unit next door for larger parties or multiple families traveling together (7 bedrooms total). Brand new hardwood floors and updated bathrooms, too!

Property was comfortable clean kitchen pots were worn especially frying pans several window handles were broken and some drawers were broken everything else was fine
Great location, size, layout comfortable. But every piece of furniture in master was falling a part.
It needed some attention. Clean bathrooms and living areas. But when we tried to adjust the bath rug, the underline pad was brown with dirt. There was no mattress pad on our bed. We stripped another bed to put its pad on ours(after we washed it) When you pay for a nice place you expect those details taken care of. Manager did offer to come and repair the broken drawers, blinds, table and bed while we were there, but that would have taken days. We just were very careful. Fix those things and it would be a great place.
Great location. Easy to use dial a ride. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Great views.
Loved having key pad for entry. Loved parking our car in a garage. Thanks for a nice stay.
Beautiful townhome, great location!
Beautiful place to stay! Breathtaking views! Comfy and cozy townhome. Easy to get to slopes! Awesome location!!! Highly recommend!
This is an older property that has been beautifully updated.
I was very happy with our stay. Very close to the slopes, just a very short walk to get on and off.
Only recommendations is that the owner leave some instructions and suggestions for the area such as restaurants, grocery stores, etc. also concerning where to go for ski rentals, lift tickets
Snow skiing and shoeing trails right across the street; ice skating rink in village; world class dining and shopping
