House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-10)
I was born and raised in Annapolis. It is a wonderful town to visit.
Owner purchased this House in 1980
Why Owner chose Annapolis
This property is close to town yet has a secluded country feel to it. The lot is over 2 acres yet minutes from town and it has a view across the South River.
What makes this House unique
The property is located in a nice small community. It has great views of the South River and is close enough to the down town district to go into town on a whim.

Good location with access to Annapolis. There were bikes to ride in a nice neighborhood. The house is an older property.
Some of the problems with the property included items left in the refrigerator, toiletries left in shower, stained carpet.
GREAT Location - very nice outdoor areas
We had a wonderful time at CJ's house after he finally responded to our email/phone correspondance. After that all went smoothly. Fire pit was a lot of fun. Views of the water were great. All amenities were there (and more than expected). Very convenient to downtown Annapolis. Beds were comfortable. Sheets not so much. Very well equipped kitchen.
Beautiful Home Away from Home
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The screened porch and fire pit were areas we enjoyed using. It's a quiet, beautiful place.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We were in Annapolis for a family wedding. This allowed us to have out of town relatives come over to relax between events. We kayaked, relaxed in the hot tub, had a BBQ and roasted marshmallows over the fire. Even when it rained there was plenty to do with the Wii, televisions and exercise equipment. There was also much to see and do minutes away in Annapolis.
