About this property

The Casita will make you feel right at home. A perfect blend of modern and comfortable with great amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and the mountain views and starry night views from the rooftop patio are stellar! Inside you'll find a luxurious studio style apartment with a cozy living area with large TV, a queen sized bed with soft linens, as well as a stocked kitchenette and dining area. Floor to ceiling sliding doors open to a private and fully fenced yard with a turfed area, a firepit, and a basketball court - plus stairs to the rooftop patio! Black out curtains cover the large doors when not in use. The casita is on the same property as the main home but is separated by a tall fence and has separate gate entrance, to ensure privacy for our guests!

The neighborhood is very family friendly. We love taking walks and chatting with our neighbors. We have lived in Mesa Village for almost 8 years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
