Welcome to your dream beach house in Hampton! Please note that this is the UPSTAIRS unit of a duplex.

Bedroom configuration:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed sleeps 2
- Bedroom 2: Bunked bed (twin over full with a trundle) sleeps 4
- Two automatic-pump air mattresses are available for bigger groups

We take pride in our upkeep of the property, and our cleaners take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

IMPORTANT: Please note a few rules in place to ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

-- Smoking, vaping, or drugs are not allowed, and we kindly ask that there are no events, parties, or large gatherings.
-- Any persons not previously registered/booked are not permitted to stay overnight without explicit agreement from the host
-- Additionally, we require guests to be at least 25 years old to book.

We've also installed a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance and a Minut noise monitor system inside the property in the kitchen/living room.

These devices are designed to keep all guests safe and the property secure. Please note that the Minut device measures volume levels throughout the property and does not record sound, and we're 100% privacy compliant.
