**THE SPACE**

This cozy and stylish 4 bedroom 2 bath is situated on a generous 1 acre plot of land with private front and backyards perfect for large groups/families to enjoy.

The first floor includes a spacious and cozy living room with two large couches, pull-out sofa bed, remote controlled gas fireplace (turn on/off with a click of a button! no mess to clean up!), and 55" smart TV; enough space for the entire family to enjoy! Newly renovated kitchen with all brand new appliances and beautiful stone countertops. Large beautiful dining table that comfortably seats 8. Two guest rooms with queen size beds and beautifully decorated full bathroom.

The second floor includes the master bedroom with dedicated work space, walk in closet, own living area with couch, coffee table, 55" smart TV, and lovely queen size bed. Second bedroom includes two twin size beds suitable for both adults and kids alike. Second floor also includes additional spacious walk-in closet and second beautifully decorated full bathroom.

Large washer and dryer is located in the spacious basement with newly epoxied floors. High-speed wifi and internet throughout the entire home. All mattresses are high quality 10" memory foam for the best sleep of your life!

Guest have access to the entire property, including garage access.

**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE**
Pets/Dogs are welcome with a fee but please cleanup after them right away. Note, for those who do not clean up after their pets, additional $300 cleaning fee for deep clean/disinfection may be applied.
