About this property

Romantic and memorable place. A 30-acre active farm where you can take pictures with animals with the Caretaker's assistance. Four distinct picnic areas and a screened back porch.

There is lots of History and Scenery around Independence, see our Guidebook. A short trip to Round Top or College Station.

High-end bedding and towels. Free use of Washer/Dryer, Peloton Bike+, and Row. Farm Eggs, Coffee, and Beverages with a fully stocked Kitchen with condiments. Amazing sunrises and sunsets on this hill with 200-year-old Oaks.

A Master Bedroom with a Queen and Full Master Bath. The second Bedroom has three Twin Beds with plenty of closet space. The third Bedroom is one Twin Bed with access to a Peloton Bike+ and a Row. The Hall Bath has a full rain-head shower and a full oversized bathtub.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, silverware, seasonings, condiments, coffee, and beverages. The Laundry room is free to utilize a full washer/dryer and soaps. There is an office area to utilize and free Wi-Fi.
