Never Again w/ This Host!

I was unable to use the shower because I could not regulate the temperature of the water. The water was either way too hot or freezing cold, nothing in between. The bathroom floor was filthy. Reached out to host AFTER the Palms Place maintenance confirmed there was an issue and I never heard back. I’m requesting a partial refund because we had to wash ourselves in via the sink the entire stay.

Nice but needed maintenance

The property had a good location and was priced well, but the shower was broken and could only spray hot water, there were crumbs and hair and other items missed by housekeeping and there were no utensils to speak of so I had to purchase my own to use. Overall it was fine for my needs but could use some work for future renters.
