Emerald Bay is situated at the 14 mile-marker at the beginning of Horseshoe Bend. Conveniently located just a few minutes away from the bustling Bagnell Dam strip, where you can indulge in a wide range of activities, including dining, shopping, golfing, and watersports. You can easily access popular spots like Shady Gators, Camden on the Lake, and the Hippopotamus Bar at the Regalia Hotel.


|THE SPACE|

Common Area:
The ample living area is enriched by expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, providing seamless views of the water. Furthermore, this area incorporates two twin air mattresses capable of accommodating two extra guests. Enjoy your favorite shows on the spacious television.

Master Suite:
Just off of the living area awaits the splendid master bedroom adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame picturesque views of the lake. Additionally, it boasts a sliding glass door leading to the balcony, allowing for the luxurious delight of savoring your morning coffee while still in bed. Complete with a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a TV equipped with Spectrum, this space serves as an ideal sanctuary.
The private bathroom is equipped with a combination shower/tub, a double vanity sink, and a generously sized walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom easily accommodates up to three guests, featuring a queen and a twin bed. There's plenty of storage space available for guests' clothing, creating an ideal retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Adjacent to this room is the second bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combination and a double vanity sink.


Bedroom 3:

Just down the hallway from the second bedroom, the third bedroom comfortably sleeps up to three guests, offering a double bed and a twin bed. This inviting space features a closet and is conveniently situated next to the second bathroom.

Kitchen and Dining:

The kitchen is equipped with all essential items for crafting a delightful meal, including pots and pans, utensils, mixing bowls, knives, cutting boards, as well as plates, bowls, drinkware, and more!

Coffee lovers will delight in the option to choose between a traditional drip coffee maker and the ease offered by a Keurig machine.

Dining accommodations include a versatile dining setup, featuring a table suitable for either four individuals or, alternatively, six spaces at the kitchen counter.

Outdoor Space:
Explore the outdoor space to fully immerse yourself in the lake experience. The cozy outdoor furnishings encompass both a dining area and a lounge area. Additionally, a Traeger pellet grill is at your disposal, allowing you to relish the views while preparing your meals.


Other things to note:
Visitors can take advantage of the complimentary provision of bed linens, bath towels, paper towel rolls, garbage bags, toilet paper, and assorted soaps, encompassing shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent. In the case of extended stays, a washer and dryer are conveniently available for use.

-No Events or Parties including bachelorette/bachelor.
-Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside or outside on the patio.
-No pets allowed.
-Fireplace is decorative only, not available for use.
-Complex restricts guests from using, swimming, or fishing from docks.
-Check-in time: 4pm
-Check-out: 11 am.
-Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
-Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed
-List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
-Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.
-Guest responsible for any damages they cause
-Quiet hours: 10pm-8am
-Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
-Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
