Guest Access:
For security reasons, when you arrive at the building you must present an ID and indicate the apartment number you are entering at the reception.

We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. We will provide you with an access code

Take your own precautions: From Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm access is via Av Marina Nacional, going up the stairs where you can see the DISTUM sign - and heading to the right, until you find two large glass doors, on one side of the a food place. After 6 pm from Monday to Friday or on weekends, access is through Ascension Bay, going up the stairs and entering through the glass door on the right. If it is closed at night, knock on the door and the guard will come to open it.

For reference, the building has a red facade and a glass door.

We have 1 parking space.

For your convenience, the building offers 24-hour security and an elevator.
