**BEDROOMS**
The primary bedroom is a haven of comfort with a king bed. Primary bedroom, as well the second and third bedrooms and all located on the main level. Fourth bedroom, equipped with a queen bed, a twin bed, and a twin trundle bed is located on the upper level.

**BATHROOMS**
Spa-like bathroom for the primary bedroom, hall bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combination is shared by the second and third bedroom on the main level. Third bathroom is located on the upper level.

**LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN AND DECK**
A spacious open seating/dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen for enjoyable meals with loved ones. The attached deck features a patio table and grill for those delightful BBQ sessions.

**FAMILY AND ENTERTAINMENT**
A 60" television with seating for eight, providing a variety of streaming services on the upper level, and several games for the whole family to enjoy. We also have a selection of children's books and toys for your little ones. Childproofing materials, high chair, pack and play, and children-friendly cutlery are also available.

**OUTSIDE SPACE**
Experience tranquility on the wraparound deck adorned with comfortable rocking chairs and a cozy couch, perfect for unwinding. Gather for meals and lively conversations at the spacious farmhouse table offering ample seating for everyone. Indulge in relaxation with a soak in the hot tub nestled on the lower patio, ideal for soothing sessions. Guest Access:
All areas of the home, with the exception of the supply and owner's closets.

Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract prior to their reservation
This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Firewood is not provided. Please coordinate with us before your arrival, if you would like to purchase some firewood for your stay. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.

This is an amazingly serene private property with woodland views in a secluded valley of your own! Because you are out in nature, you will see wildlife. This includes black bears, which makes it important to secure all trash.

There are no steep drives and it is just off of main roads! There is one decline coming into the property. The grounds are flat which makes a fantastic area for lawn games and people of all ages to be able to walk around.
