About this property

This Beautiful Ocean front Villa has 2 large Master en-suites & 3 bathrooms. There is also a blow-up mattress that can be used in the living room to accommodate up to 6 people, with Independent A/C in each room!!

It boasts 2 spacious patios, one in the front with BBQ island & lounge chairs, & one in the back with River & Ocean views & a very large, comfortable lounge area for your enjoyment.
It even has color change lighting in all rooms if desired. (remote control operated)

Each bedroom is also equipped with Purified water, coffee press, mini refrigerator and microwaves for your convenience. (not pictured in the photos yet)

It is in one of the best locations in Zona Romantica with Conchas Chinas Beach in front & Los Muertos Beach to the right. A quick 5 minute walk along the beach and you'll be at all of the famous beach clubs/bars.

Uber is easy & only a few minutes to downtown.

Why they chose this property

I've been going to Puerto Vallarta for years and fell in love with this area.
It is one of the best since it's Ocean front and quite beaches right outide, or if you want to be more in the party scene, it's a very short walk over the rocks to Mantamar, Orange, Green and Blue Chairs.
