Ground floor end unit with attached garage. Recent improvements include newly installed luxury vinyl plank flooring, new kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer, Hunter Douglas blinds, new carpet, and a reverse osmosis water system. The master suite is complete with a spacious walk-in shower, dual vanities, soaking tub, and a tiled walk-in shower. The screen enclosed lanai is a great place to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings! This unit is conveniently located just steps to the community pool!

Golf is available at Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club. Morning rate is $129, and Afternoon rate is $149.

This unit is available for season immediately, and annual rental will also be considered.

During the season of January-March, you must rent for the entire three months consecutively. No weekly rentals.
