Amazing owner

Wonderful long term rental in Palm Desert

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We wanted to book again for next year but it is already reserved. It was very reasonably priced and Spanish Walk is a lovely community, with wonderful pool and a very dog-friendly environment, which was important to us. The house was walk-in ready, with a very well-equipped kitchen. The separate casita space was nice to have. The owner was wonderfully helpful and responsive.

Perfect

My family stayed for a month and never once regretted our decision to stay at this beautiful home. Well equipped with everything you could have needed, located so close to the three pools and all the wonderful amenities this lovely neighborhood provides. We were able to work remotely and our kids could participate in school with no problems - internet speed worked great for our needs. The owner was so delightful, very responsive and incredibly helpful. We will definitely recommend this home to all our family and friends when they visit. Thank you!

Great time in Palm Desert

Our stay at this location was for two months. The house was very comfortable throughout our stay. The owner was exceptionally responsive to any question or issue that we had during our stay. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with whatever you might want in the way of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and utensils, as well as spices and condiments. The location of the house fit our needs, and we very much enjoyed walking our dog twice a day around the large complex. The house has two fenced side yards for our dog to enjoy when outside. My wife and I can certainly highly recommend this property to future guests as a great place to spend a couple of months.

Great stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cute home in Palm Desert. It had everything you could need for a long term vacation and looks just like the pictures on VRBO. The kitchen was well stocked.The beds were very comfy and there were plenty of linens. The location was excellent- close to golf, shopping, restuarants and the highway. Also, the house is just steps from the community pool and spa ( which were never busy). The neighborhood desert landscaping was well maintained. The area is suitable for a 1-2 mile exercise walk.The owners were very available to answer questions and tend to a couple of minor issues. They couldn't have been more accommodating. Thanks very much for a wonderful trip!

My husband and I bought our beautiful vacation home last year to enjoy as a 'Home Away From Home' We have 3 older sons and 2 younger ones who keep us very busy so we are not able to enjoy our home as often as we would like to! We are opening it up for other families to also have the opportunity to vacation at our 'Oasis in the Desert'

Why they chose this property

We have always loved Palm Desert and for the past 20+ years head out there several times a year for vacation. Since it is a short drive from our Primary Home, we decided to find a Vacation Home there in order to enjoy the area more often. There is so much to do nearby (restaurants, shopping, hiking, casino) but most evenings we are happy to cook in our gorgeous kitchen and sit out on our patio and enjoy a nice bottle of wine and homemade food (or carry out!). It is so peaceful and tranquil. Great to get away but still feel at home!

What makes this property unique

Spanish Walk is a beautiful neighborhood w state of the art amenities. The pool, fitness center, park and kid play area rival any 5 Star Resort. It is truly a feeling of luxury in a very relaxed and tranquil setting! Many days when we are there- we are happy just hanging out in our home or spending the day at the pool/park....no reason to leave!!!
