Two story 4,600 square foot home on a cul-de-sac with epic Hill Country views. Four bedrooms; two with king beds and two with queen beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Over sized deck with TV, pool with hot tub, BBQ and Sports Court off the back of the home provides for great outdoor living. Family Room, Living Room and Kids' Playroom (with a queen murphy bed) offer three living areas to gather. Weekly house cleaning and pool service included during your stay (if longer than 1 week). This is a quiet family neighborhood with large lots which provide you with privacy and an amazing view of the hills. This home is in an excellent location that is very safe.

What makes this property unique

We love how conveniently located we are to so many great places in Austin. We are close to Lady Bird Lake, Lake Austin and Lake Travis where you can find hike and bike trails, parks and you can even rent a kayak, paddleboard or boat to enjoy yourself out on the water. Our home is also only 6 miles to Downtown Austin.
