Enjoy a location near an abundance of wineries and breweries, plus you'll be just seven-and-a-half miles from downtown McCaysville, GA/Copperhill, TN for shopping and dining along the Toccoa/Ocoee River. Stand in two states at the same time! Drive six miles to Lake Blue Ridge and rent a pontoon boat for a day of relaxing or fishing on the lake. Experience world-class rapids of the Ocoee River or gentle waves of the Toccoa River for rafting, tubing, or kayaking adventures. Or, set out to explore on foot with 300 miles of hiking trails in Blue Ridge and the Copper Basin.

This spacious mountain retreat boasts an extended open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, exposed wood beams, and a floor-to-ceiling stack gas fireplace surrounded by windows that invite nature inside. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a huge TV. The kitchen has a large island that acts as a secondary dining table as well as granite countertops, custom cabinets, a coffee station, and all stainless steel appliances that make cooking a breeze.

When it comes to indoor entertainment, this wooden haven offers an entertaining game/media room with a gas fireplace, a rec area with a huge TV, a wet bar with a wine fridge, a pool table, board games, and a dart board. This is a wonderful spot to spend countless hours challenging your friends to darts or billiards, hosting movie nights, or just unwinding. From here, you will have access to a covered patio where a bubbly hot tub awaits. There is nothing like a warm soothing soak after a day exploring Blue Ridge.

The home also boasts a covered deck with a lounge area offering a wood-burning fireplace and a TV, a second seating area, and a gas grill. A cabin in the woods wouldn't be complete without a firepit area - gather for some storytelling while roasting s'mores. Additional on-site perks include a laundry room with a washer/dryer on the main floor, two main suites with TVs, and an electric vehicle charger.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
