Primed for a relaxing seaside holiday, this stilted cottage boasts beautiful water views from an ideal location steps from the beach. A large deck and private balcony provide plenty of opportunities for sun-soaked leisure back at the house. The lush lawn area has plenty of room for outdoor games. Local dining options, surf shops, and off-shore charter services can all be found within a one-mile radius.

A smart TV and a plush sectional set the stage for casual downtime in the living room. The full kitchen is more than equipped to handle home cooking with ease and meals can be shared around the adjacent dining table. A private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and free WiFi round out the home essentials.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
