CityCenter MACBA - Winter Sublet

Rent my comfortable and quiet apartment located just inside the Old Town while I'm away.

Ideal location for visiting everything, walking distance to the entire Old Town and easily accessible from the Barcelona airport via the Aerobus.

The space
The flat is in a modern building, situated on the third floor, accessible by elevator.

In winter, there's central heating (not so common in Barcelona) that's on a timer.

For your use there's a living room, full bathroom with bidet, kitchen and two bedrooms: a double and a single.

The double has a bed of 150x190 (full size/matrimony), night tables, bureau, built-in closet and air conditioning (cooling/heating).

The single has a bed of 90x200, wardrobe and small table as well as a ceiling fan.
Guest access
You'll have access to all areas of the flat/apartment, except for the third bedroom which will be locked.

As this is my home and I usually live here, I simply ask that you please treat everything with care and respect for my personal belongings.
