There is no guest access to the separate home/yard.

You'll have full access to your private guest suite and entrance way.

Situated in the delightful Ladera Heights neighborhood, our well-kept residence is surrounded by distinctive mid-century modern homes, creating a unique and visually appealing atmosphere. Explore the expansive park nearby for walks, runs, and sports like tennis and basketball. A short drive will take you to renowned spots such as Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Hollywood, and Downtown LA. This neighborhood provides the perfect balance of serenity and convenience, making it an excellent choice for those who crave a peaceful home within reach of the lively city scene.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for easy access to the surrounding areas. Street parking is free and has no restrictions (no meters, permits or street cleaning days). Our guests are always able to find spaces in front of the house.

There are 2 bus stops nearby, though most guests prefer to use Uber/Lyft as convenient and economical options to explore the area.

Other Things to Note:
We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

Please be aware that this unit may include shared walls with neighboring units, which may result in some occasional noise transfer. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, we have designated quiet hours from 10pm-8am, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of their neighbors during their stay.

We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
