The tropical decor is enhanced with vinyl plank flooring throughout. Best of all, this condo has a very special and unique feature...there is a separate private room for the Bedroom. Just shut the pocket doors and this gorgeous Bedroom becomes a private oasis with a Queen-sized bed covered in designer linens. The Bedroom enjoys a lovely view of the Gulf and its own private TV. The fabulous, newly remodeled Full Bath is right next door. The Living Room features a large screen TV and comfortable seating - two oversized chairs that convert to two single sleepers. There's a fantastic, designer Kitchen, full equipped, with all new appliances, including a dishwasher. The Dining bar on the marble topped Kitchen island has seating for two. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities in the building C, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. Free WiFi is also available by the pool.

Step out the back door to beach or go across the street to restaurants, bars, shops and a marina at Santini Marina Plaza. (Santini Plaza scheduled to reopen April 2024.) Take the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park or south to Lovers Key State Park.
