Great location and welcoming apartment

Conveniently locationed with cafes, restaurants and woolworths within metres on the apartment block. The apartment is welcoming. Has one bed in each room. Beds were relatively comfortable and my 8 month was comfortable the night. The balcony decor is a beautiful touch. Very peaceful and great layout to enjoy the view of Sydney. I'd recommended the owner/s be upfront with future guests: 1. vegan requirements of the apartment. This may be a big impact for guests staying longer than a night and wanting to cook or bring food into the unit. 2. The check-in process was not convenient. Having to contact someone else to arrange a time to collect keys was inconvenient for us who intended on checking in late. If late check-in process isn't possible, make it know with a timeframe. 3. Advertising 6 adults would be misleading if you actually had to host. There are two bed only and very limited space for added bedding. 4. The bedding, including blankets needed a wash. The odor was strong enough we didnt use them. Thankfully the AC in each room was separately controlled. 5. If you think your apartment/home is not child-friendly, update your ad to reflect that. You do have a few smaller items that I would imagine are of value. Be upfront with future guest. Don't wait till they've reserved a booking to inform of additional rules.
