AonD - Downtown Bentonville

Stay in our architecturally unique A frame located in downtown Bentonville. Less than 500 yards to your nearest mountain bike trail and minutes from the Razorback Greenway trail. It is less than 0.5 mi from the Bentonville Square, Crystal Bridges Museum, restaurants, and fun. Perfect for couples and/or families. We are a local couple that is native to Arkansas and would love to host you!

The A-Frame is like none other. You will not find another home like it in Bentonville. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or cozy boucle chair.

Hop on a bike trail, visit the local museum, and cook in the wonderful kitchen space or visit one of our amazing local restaurants!

The main floor includes half bath, chef's kitchen with a 6 range gas stove, outdoor patio with a dining table that seats 8, indoor dining room, living room, and workspace.

The bottom floor includes the master suite with a king bed and full bath with two shower heads in a walk-in shower, and a stand-alone tub. It also includes a washer and dyer in a laundry room and a movie room. A walkout patio with outdoor furniture is on this level as well.

The top floor has another bedroom with a 2 queen sized beds and a full bathroom with a walk in shower.

We provide all cooking utensils, Nespresso coffee maker, spices, toiletries, and some local beer and snacks.

Need more space? Shoot us a message about our guesthouse on the property that sleeps 4 with a full bath, kitchen, and living space. This would allow a party of 10 to stay on the entire property while also giving everyone some additional space.
