**Cancelation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

Better than expected!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gumbeaux Villa looked exactly like the website pictures. The Villa was absolutely spotless clean, updated and showed NO wear and tear on the furniture or property. The Gulf Place location was convenient to the beach, and walking distance to excellent restaurants and small shops. And an added benefit was the traffic was less busy and less dangerous than some of the more congested areas on 30A The MVH rental agency was professional and super easy to work with. We were not aware the villa was located in the Gulf Place complex Our only issue was we arrived after dark and there was minimal visible signage for the Gulf Place complex and the villa unit numbers were too small to read from the parking lot.

Fabulous location!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Gumbeaux Villa. The location is absolutely perfect, close to lots of restaurants and easy walk to the beach and pool. Property was very clean and reasonably priced. There were a couple little things that were off - lights that didn't work, master bath door was broken, broken blind, etc. None of these things impacted our trip in a negative way, but a thorough review from the maintenance team would be helpful. Overall a great trip and we'd certainly stay in the area again.

Girls getaway

Gorgeous condo and great lil shops, restaurants and bars within walking distant . That was great, but for me I’m a all day beach kinda person and to get to the beach was over 2 long blocks away from the condo. We go to the beach every year so I’m aware that when they say condo on or near beach it’s a little bit of a distance but this was over 2 blocks and once you got to the beach it was so crowded that it was hard to find a spot. The problem was that some of the beach was roped off and I guess for the rich and famous really not sure! So again beautiful condo, great town but if your over 50 and not that that’s old but if you a group of over 50’s and don’t want to walk over 2 blocks in 100 degree heat with tents, bags, food, chairs, wagons etc this may not be for you.

Gumbeaux Villa room 101

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, the only few things I would complain about would be the beach access, we weren’t told a tent would not be allowed on the beach which resorted us to spending more money on purchasing umbrellas (not sure what the difference is in one 10’ by 10’ tent when 4 umbrellas makes the same size). When I called the 850 number every time the people on the other end of the phone were very nice, but our room held 6 people and the condo only provided ONE umbrella and 2 beach chairs... that didn’t seem fair. Early check in wasn’t available, we tried the door at 3:30 then again at 3:45, checked it again right at 4 and the red switched over to green.. Other than that the location and stay in general was decent. Not sure if we would go back though.
