Quick Indy Trip

This was a quick one night in and out of Indy trip for a Matt Rife show and the location and area was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of space for 8 adults and hang out areas! Highly recommended!

We were greeted by cat poop on the front step before we entered. This place smelled of cat pee in the living room. Not kept up nice. Avoid this place- we left in a hurry!

Beautiful house, minor issues

Nicely remodeled, beautiful place to stay! So heres the good and the bad broke down. The Good: -nicely remodeled and spacious -comfortable beds and couches -calm neighborhood -nice hosts The Bad: -hardly any parking and you have to park across the street -toilets were badly in need of cleaning -found food wrappers under one of the beds -wifi was bad and we couldnt get the theater room to work bc of it Overall no major issues, other than being unable to use the theater, and it was a very comfortable place to stay.

Property would have been a nice place to stay but the filthiness of property made it not worth it. I cant say I am a picky person, or even a clean freak but the toilets had pee stains all over and around all 3 toilets. Sinks and counter tops were nasty could tell had not been cleaned. Bed side tables had crumbs/chips on them. Beds were made with fitted sheet and bedspread only. Towels were folded wet for use. Kitchen overall was not clean visible dirt on cabinets. To top all this off, contacted host as soon as we arrived to tell them we had to clean ourselves to feel safe and was told I was lying because my pics I took didn't upload through site.
