Downtown Stairmaster
The property was located downtown close to shops and restaurants. The location of the lock box feels dank and unkept which leaves a poor first impression of the property. If I had known this location had multiple levels and no elevator before booking, I would have known that it would not fit with my disability. The one-bedroom B&B was on the 3rd floor and had a balcony with soft closed draws in the kitchen and bathroom, unfortunately the floors, windows, balcony, light fixtures, ceiling fan, broken blinds, shower sheet, and vents where not clean. I was stopped by three policemen looking for a resident and I observed a man intently watching {stalking} my son as he walked down the stairs. The washer and dry combo takes 4 plus hours for 1 load and the sofa cover was covered in pet hair. The property management does not prioritize cleaning so you will see trash everywhere the full duration of your stay even if it is a week or more. Do to trash and food waste mice and bug's where in and around the apartment. I cannot recommend this B&B because of my experience. I will say this is my first experience with Vrbo but it is my worst B&B experience I have had. My past experiences have all been positive. There seems to be a great desire to make money without having a business model of excellence, diligence, or honesty concerning this booking.
