We're thrilled to introduce our newest property, "The Marilyn," located right on the canal in the charming Ocean Isle Beach. NEWLY RENOVATED AS OF MARCH 2024! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is ready for your coastal getaway.

Spacious Accommodations: There are two queen bedrooms and two king bedrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone to enjoy. "The Marilyn" is designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups. Whether you're planning a coastal retreat with friends or a family vacation, there's ample space for everyone to enjoy.

Proximity to OIB's Finest: "The Marilyn" is conveniently located close to Ocean Isle Beach's top-rated restaurants. Indulge in delicious local cuisine and immerse yourself in the vibrant coastal atmosphere just moments away.

If you are bringing your pet please let us know, as the pet fee is $175/pet/week. Violators are subject to eviction without refund and responsible for additional cleaning charges, at a minimum of $500.00 and could be substantially higher. Where dogs are permitted, there is a $175.00 fee per dog per reservation. Dogs must be left in a crate if you are not at the home, and they are not allowed on any of the furniture. You are responsible for all clean up in the yard or indoors if needed. Failure to clean up along with any pet-related damages will result in additional charges.

Getting Around:
We would recommend a golf cart for this rental! We have rentals available if you are interested. We charge $595 for the week.
