Cute single family home with fully fenced in backyard, in amazing subdivision with great neighbors and central to all that the treasure valley has to offer. Two minutes from downtown Meridian, five minutes to the Village on eagle road, 15 minutes from downtown Boise and 30 minutes from Bogus Basin ski resort. Also 10 minutes from the new top golf when it opens!! Central to all hospitals in the treasure Valley as well as colleges. Pet friendly, utilities included (including WiFi) and fully furnished!
