The Neighborhood:
Carlton Landing is a walkable lake community modeled after Seaside, FL. Playgrounds, parks, pools, walking trails, a hot tub, restaurants, the swim beach area and more are all within walking distance of Chandler's Cottage. There are food and retail options inside of Carlton Landing. We offer concierge services such as grocery stocking, lawn game rentals and souvenirs. Getting Around:
There is a gravel driveway behind the house with parking for 3 vehicles. Overflow parking is within walking distance, but we'd recommend unloading at the house before you park in the overflow areas. The entire neighborhood is designed to be walkable. It's also a lot of fun to get around on a golf cart. We'll send you the best golf cart and boat rental information! Seasonally you'll be able to rent kayaks, bicycles, life jackets, lilly pads and beach chairs from @lakedays_carltonlanding.
