SEASIDE SUMMER BEACH HOUSE RENTAL THREE BEDROOMS HALF BLOCK FROM BEACH

Prom groups welcomed. Two to three day rentals available before June 29th. Contact us for prom pricing and availability.
June 29th to Labor Day weekend are weekly rentals that run Saturday to Saturday.

This is a ground floor four bedroom rental located three houses from beach and boardwalk. One bathroom with shower. Backyard has patio with a propane fire pit and lounging furniture, and a backyard dining table with a propane BBQ grill. A fully stocked kitchen, large smart flat screen TV, as well as TVs in every bedroom. Air condition. Washer and dryer in unit. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, beach chairs available for use. Off street parking for three small cars and FREE 24/7 street parking in front of the house and the entire block. Beach badges not included. $500 property damage security deposit for every rental. Key code entry.

High speed internet connection for all units.
All rentals are pet friendly for an additional fee.

All rentals have a $125 cleaning fee and a $100 utility fee. As well as a $500 property damage security deposit with every rental.
