Casa Tranquila is a lovely, spacious house 5 mins. from the sand in the heart of "Silicon Beach". With a brand new high-end kitchen, the fabulous and relaxing indoor/outdoor living spaces are complimented by the laid back Rustic Mediterranean style. It's like living in a totally private Oasis. This fully furnished 1,800 square feet house includes a formal dining room, living room, family room, 2 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen - both memory foam) and laundry room with new washer and dryer. The travertine full bathroom, 3 fireplaces (2 gas & 1 electric) and extensive outdoor spaces including several patios, a covered terrace and unique fountain, all add to the peaceful vibe.
It's an easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Playa del Rey is a charming beach town near Marina del Rey, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach and LAX. Easy freeway/bus access and lots of Uber/Lift.

1. Parking: One off street parking space & ample street parking.
2. Will consider small dog (no pit bulls or dogs over 25lbs), sorry no cats. The house has a doggie door for a small dog and the backyard is private and fenced.
3. No parties, events or subletting allowed on the premises.
4. Maximum 4 people.
5. This is a very quiet, upscale, safe neighborhood and we are seeking responsible renters who will respect this home.
