Take a stroll down to the beautiful white sandy beach and amazing emerald green water on the boardwalk in your backyard. This ground-floor, newly renovated condo will be your home away from home for you to enjoy fun beach adventures, as well as the amenities of the Beachside Villas.
Enjoy a game of shuffleboard, corn hole, tennis or pickleball. There’s pickleball equipment available at the onsite HOA office. Unwind at either one of the 2 pools with one being heated seasonally. Prepare meals in the condo’s fully stocked kitchen or grill on one of the community charcoal grills. There is also a party deck beside the lake! Outdoor showers are available for rinsing off after your trip to the beach. This sought after location is quiet and secluded but close to restaurants and shops in Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This beautiful unit recently underwent a total remodel and has been equipped with all new furnishings throughout.
Head to the beach access at the end of San Roy Road. These 2+ acres of beach have plenty of room for you to stretch out and enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake. This is the recommended beach for your stay at Beachside Villas. And, for your convenience, Beachside Villas provides complimentary transportation to and from this beach access via golf cart service during season.
