This stunning three bedroom, two bathroom pool house sits directly on the tranquil intercoastal waterways of the Gulf of Mexico. It offers all the amenities you will need from just chillin' and grillin' to a lively nightlife.
This home boasts 2 k square feet of resort-like living allowing for the Florida lifestyle. Two bedrooms offer you king size comfy beds, with the third bedroom designed in a Disney theme with two single beds for the kiddos or young at heart. Private backyard overlooking the water, also offers you a fire-pit, pergola and BBQ all for you to enjoy. Sit out on the dock with your favorite beverage in hand and watch for the dolphins and manatees to come say hello. A short walk to the beautiful white sands of St. Pete beach. Close to many restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and live entertainment.
If you have a boat, our dock accommodates up to 10k lbs or a 25 ft boat, bring your kayaks/paddle-boards and go explore.
