We moved to the north shore during covid and fell in love with the beauty and the rawness of this magical coast line. it stole our Hearts and gave guys this dream home with a lot of work and patience we created Casa AYA.

There are so many reasons we chose this spot, from the amazing community to the long quiet beaches almost to yourself most of the year. The incredible sunsets and the whale watching from the house.

Our house was built with love and we added crystals into the walls throughout for protection for the house and the visitors. We spent 25 years dreaming up this property with its rustic Moroccan vibe. the artwork and coffee table books are for your pleasure and interest.
