The Cabin sits comfortably on 1.2 acres with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has heat and air-condition, a fully furnished kitchen; stove refrigerator and stack washer/dryer. It can sleep 4 people comfortably with 2 bunk beds and queen sized pull out couch. All soap, shampoo, towels and linen are furnished. The Coffee Station has 12 cup coffee maker and a microwave. WI-FI and smart TV are also available. It is located 1.5 miles from the Graysport Public Boat Landing and if you like good food and music it is within walking distance from the Dry Dock Bar and Grill.

I am a former Grenadian, I graduated from Kirk Academy, class of 71. This cabin is my happy place and I just love sharing my happy place with others!

Why they chose this property

The cabin is located in the heart of the crappie fishing community on 1.2 acres and has recently been remodeled. It’s far enough way from the road that the traffic noise isn’t bad. I love sitting on the front porch sipping on a cool drink or a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the traffic go by. People love to fish and it’s exciting to watch the boat trailers go by headed to the dock to hit the lake and fish for hours! There is nothing better than that! The atmosphere here is just a little piece of heaven!

What makes this property unique

The Camp house sits far enough back off the road and up a slight hill that when you are sitting on the porch you are looking down at the hub bub of the fishing community. It’s absolutely beautiful out here! You will be able to relax and enjoy your stay both inside or out!
